1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to every ticket for an event organised or promoted by BEYOND Project ("BEYOND", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to them. Tickets are sold on this website, with payments processed by Stripe, and through our ticketing partner Luma (luma.com), which issues every ticket and whose own terms also apply.

2. No refunds

All ticket sales are final. As is standard for live events and nightlife, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for no-shows, late arrival, change of plans, refused entry for breaking these terms, or removal from the venue.

If BEYOND cancels an event outright, ticket holders will be contacted by email with next steps, which may be a refund of the ticket face value or credit toward a future event, at our discretion. Booking and payment processing fees are not refundable.

3. Tickets

Each ticket admits one person, once. Keep your QR code private. The first person to present it gets in.
Tickets are only valid when bought through our official links. We can't honour tickets bought from resellers or third parties.
Reselling tickets above face value is not allowed and may lead to the ticket being cancelled without refund.
Prices, tiers and availability may change at any time until you complete your purchase. Tickets are priced in tiers; when one tier sells out, the next (higher-priced) tier opens.
After payment, your QR ticket is emailed to you by Luma. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.

4. Entry, age and ID

Entry is subject to the venue's minimum age and admission policy. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID; you may be refused entry without it.
Venue management and security keep the right to refuse entry or remove anyone at any time. No refund is given in that case.
Dress codes, bag checks and re-entry rules are set by the venue and may apply.

5. Event changes

Line-ups, DJs, performers, start times and minor venue details may change without notice. These changes don't entitle you to a refund. If the event moves to a different date or venue, your ticket stays valid for the new one.

6. Conduct

Please respect other guests, staff and the venue. Harassment, violence, illegal substances, weapons or damaging property will lead to immediate removal without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

7. Photos and video

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos, videos and live streams that BEYOND and its partners use for promotion on social media, our website and advertising, without payment. If you'd like a specific image of you taken down, email us and we'll remove it from our own channels.

8. Your belongings and safety

You attend at your own risk. Neither BEYOND nor the venue is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BEYOND is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at an event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the face value of the ticket involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Website

Content on this site, including our logo, photos and videos, belongs to BEYOND and may not be reused without permission. Event details are pulled from our ticketing partner and may occasionally be out of date. The ticket page is the final reference.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the relevant event takes place, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
